@alphaclubclinic: “Your testosterone is normal.” It’s one of the most damaging things so many men are told. Every week I speak to guys sitting at 10–11 nmol/L who have been told everything is “fine”… despite struggling with low energy, poor recovery, low libido, brain fog, and no motivation. The reality? For many of these men, we can safely optimise those levels and completely change how they feel. Here’s the bit nobody talks about… 👇 Healthier men generally train more, carry less body fat, have better metabolic health, and are far more proactive about looking after themselves. That doesn’t just improve quality of life—it could reduce the long-term burden on the NHS too. Treating symptoms is expensive. Helping people become healthier is even better. If you’ve been told your testosterone is “normal” but you still don’t feel like yourself, don’t ignore it. 💬 Comment TRT and let’s see if there’s a better way forward.

NHS are dross aren’t they, they refused to help a guy I’ve been working with. His Shbg was 96 nmol/L Total T 27.6 nmol/L yet he had all the hallmarks of low T. Refered to the endocrinologist that said this is fine go away basically 🤷🏻♂️

Would you recommend stopping TRT before a small operation where you need to be knocked out for a while
