This has been going on for years. Mostly to address the opioid epidemic. Supreme Court justices have ruled that enforcement has to have proof that the medication was knowingly administered when it hasn’t met the standard.

I have SEVERAL autoimmune diseases and chronic illnesses. Chronic Urticaria, horrible painful itchy hives all day everyday. The ONLY thing that worked was xolair. Then I also suffer from chronic migraines that last daysss. Sumatriptan does nothing, Nurtec WORKED. Changed insurances due to employment and now new insurance is denying my meds. Make it make sense.
