@tetehshapa: Before, I never realized that sharing information based solely on personal experience carries such great responsibility. What started as simple conversations with friends in my room eventually grew into sharing my practice & training tips on social media. I never imagined those small moments could have such a wide impact. I’m deeply grateful to the many people, some of whom I’ve never even met who kindly & humbly pointed out the things I shouldn’t be teaching without proper knowledge & education. Their honesty became one of the reasons I chose to keep learning instead of assuming I already knew enough. And that is why I’m here today. Just completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Fit under the guidance of experienced masters. I know this journey is still a long one, and this is only the beginning. There is so much more to learn, practice, and understand. That alone fills my heart with so much happiness🤍 @Yoga Fit Indonesia
