I had very similar experience except it was back in January around 4pm some years ago. the cold wind was blowing hard while sun was setting early. I imagined myself as soldier living hundreds of years ago guarding on the watch tower, feeling so lonely and wondering how was my parents, wife doing and hoping one day can go back home alive again. It was indeed a very unique feeling and experience.
