Two things 1. Sell directly to consumers, have a retail point where you sell per kg. Compare broker 300 and consumer 660/ kg. 2. Make your own feed using profit maximizing mathematical model. Feed millers focus on least cost and not so much on maximizing returns, that is converting feed to meat in the most efficient way.
