unfortunately that's how things are anymore. a few years ago went to home Depot to get rolloers for our sliding glass door and they told us it's online only. it's frustrating but it not the worker that is helping yous fault. as a customer service worker this is the thing that get. to me the most when customers treat us like crap and yell at us for things that are out of our control. these decisions are way above our pay grade. call corporate. that's another thing I love is when I'm following policy and they say they are calling corporate on me, I'm like ok it's their rules I just follow them.

I don't have it in store because there's not a lot of room in there for a shit ton of product. They probably have like displays and shit out there and maybe a couple and then run out or you have to order it online slowly how it's always been I've never knew they had product back then in Home Depot means sometimes they did but rarely depend, depending on what it is.
