The cops are doing their jobs. It seems very suspicious videotaping a bank, and if he wasn’t doing anything wrong, he wouldn’t be defensive and show the officer what is in the bag. The guy is wrong.

There are limits to 1st amendment. You can't yell fire in a crowded area. You shouldn't be able to video a bank (because there's a good possibility it's research for a robbery). I'd say the police have reasonable suspicion.
