Journal Entry: The Movie Script & The Weekend. Saturday. Man, a lot of thoughts and heavy memories rolling through my head today. It’s an everyday fight not to get caught up in the ways of the world—the noise, the distractions, the fake standards. But whenever those old thoughts try to pull me backward, I pray it out and hand it straight to God. I look back over my whole life and realize how much wild stuff I’ve actually been through—a lot of close calls where I shouldn't have made it out. But make no mistake: I don't glorify the lifestyle I grew up in or the bad choices I made back then. I only glorify God for pulling me out of it and getting me through it alive. Honestly, the story of what He’s brought me through could be a full movie script one day. Through every single storm, battle, street, and bad night—God was there. God is still here. I’m just grateful. It was a long, draining day today, and I’m turning in early to get ready for church tomorrow. But through it all, I'm still pushing and pulling, pulling and pushing. I'm coming with heavy gratitude for another weekend, another chance to rest, and another day to praise Him. A Quick Word for the Viewers: Don't glorify your past mess, and don't let it condemn you either. Give God the glory for every close call He pulled you out of. You’re in the middle of a chapter, not the end of the story. Pray it out, rest up, and get ready to finish the week strong. Scripture for Saturday:
