Inaccurate. In most common pill packs…Every active pill contains the exact same dose of hormones. In a 21-day pack, all pills are active. In a 28-day pack, there is a built-in color differential for inactive pills. ONLY in phasic packs is the dosage different (and requires being taken in order). These are also often distinguished by color.

Nope. Unless you have 7 placebo pills in your combined contraception pill pack, every tablet is the same dose.
