why not get a large water pipe and make that pip go all the way to the ocean and as it goes to the ocean we can make smaller pipes that way farms can get more water, an as the water goes down we can explore it without having to use under water gear

It connects to lake siskyou under ground lake siskyou has a dam that releases water into the upper Sacramento River . That’s how the water flows out. 😁
