ohhhh omg I had a very similar situation. I KNEW I should have sued. I had a field sobriety test and he made me look up in the sky while it was raining and he said I counted too fast. I was arrested falsely for DUI and blew all zeros when we got to police station and all clears on all other tests and I was cleared of charges but still had to go thru the BS and getting arrested . This is insane. and it was also because of lights I was driving my nieces car in which I hadn't ever driven before that day. this pisses me off 😡
