this happened to my boyfriend only they never did any roadside or breathalyzer. he gave blood, all zeros, they kept him in jail for 36 hours anyway. they kept delaying court for months. hes over 50 and a veteran. finally got dismissed after his 4th appearance and reschedule of hearing.
