I used to work in SIU at Keystone and they would investigate cases where ppl were on vaca but submitting time cards. This was 8 yrs ago before everything was electronic. So I know they are really cracking down now.

The Waiver program is a state program ran by 3 insurance companies which are UPMC, Keystone First (AmeriHealth), and Pennsylvania Health and Wellness. This has been going on for years.
