Korea is a monopolised country by the big conglomerates they made these kind of u reasonable laws and conditions, there are more than 200 countries everywhere landlord asking 2+1 and half utility as deposits. but these big conglomerates want to get their 70% investments back right away from the tenant and keep that money on interest or invest in business with 30% payments landlords are 100% owners of the houses here.
