as this event is organized by runrio, I recommend not skipping any hydration stations, just be careful with the energy drinks if hindi gusto ng katawan mo. Most importantly, smile! don't let the race adrenaline get the best of you! best of legs!

My suggested race strategy is 7k warm up + 7k easy run + 7k race pace + 100 meter looking good at the finish line pace. Enjoy the whole experience. It's your first half mary.

Don't try anything new on your 1st 21km race when it comes to food and clothing/shoes. eat the usual bfast in the morning
