I find it so difficult to be claircognisance especially with anxiety/ mild ocd I feel like my nervous system is a bit fucked but I can’t stop knowing things. It feels like a big responsibility and I can’t even express it to anyone because most people don’t really believe in that stuff

I felt i always had gifts but I never was able to understand them. so it felt like anxiety and i got very depressed. i thinks its because i will go straight to logic. the past 2-3 years getting into my spiritual journey they got stronger. it made my anxiety so much worst. its learning to separate anxiety and intuition. its very hard and exhausting. theres times im wrong theres times I am right. but im trying to learn.
