Carnotaurus being a speed demon is kind of dubious, ask me abt it and I’ll try to explain. Basically the methods used to determine its speed were incorrect.

unfortunately the lines of evidence for Carnotaurus being a sprinter are considered dubious by most other Theropod specialists

Carnotaurus being fast is actually a common misconception. Abelisaurs weren't particularly fast animals, and Carnotaurus was no exception, being pretty much the same speed as Tarbosaurus despite being less than a third of its size. The fastest large theropod would be the likes of Gigantoraptor and Albertosaurus.
