that last hit is an air blast from the slash votex. it can be dodged, blocked, or tenacity thru it. that blast is what knocks people out of their skills. but if you're poet punch thru it till the end and you're able to get close to the opponents landing point after the invincibility frame then it won't hit you. plus at t6 the unblockable slash is a massive step forward with omni directional slash and it's best to just frog all the heng moves aside from the votex
