@youarereality: One of the most radical things Jesus ever said is sitting in plain text, and most people have been quietly steered past it their entire lives. When asked where the Kingdom of God was, he did not point upward, and he did not point to some reward waiting on the other side of death. He said it is within you. Within. In the only place anything has ever truly been experienced. That single line dissolves the entire model most of us were handed, the one where Heaven is a distant location you spend your life hoping to qualify for. It was never a place you travel to. It is a state of consciousness, available now, and the God you have been praying to as something separate and far away was never separate at all. Think about it honestly. God is described as infinite, as all encompassing, as the source of everything that exists. So how could there ever have been a version of you standing outside of that? The infinite cannot have anything outside of it, or it would not be infinite. The separation you feel was always the illusion, a story this physical realm conditions you into believing so completely that you forget to question it. Heaven, then, is not somewhere you arrive. It is what is left when that illusion of separation finally collapses, when consciousness remembers its own Source within itself. Not man down here and God up there, not a soul here and Heaven elsewhere, but one awareness waking up to what it always was. This is also why Jesus taught the things he did, and why they were never meant to be rules you follow blindly out of fear. He understood that at the deepest level there is no real separation between any of us, that every person is an expression of the same consciousness looking out through different eyes. Once you actually see that, love and forgiveness stop being commandments and become the natural way you treat what you recognise as yourself. And here is the part that changes everything. If Heaven is a state within you, you were never waiting to enter it, you enter it the instant you stop experiencing yourself as cut off from the Source. But notice what that means. The same inner world that becomes Heaven when you awaken to it is the very same inner world that shapes everything you experience as your reality. They were never two separate things. The mastery of your inner state is both the doorway to the Kingdom and the mechanism your whole life is created through. Most people spend their years waiting to be allowed into a Heaven they imagine is somewhere else, never realising they were always standing at the gate, holding the key, one shift in consciousness away from the Kingdom that was within them the entire time. #consciousness #spiritualawakening #jesus #nonduality #esoteric
