at the age of almost 64, I've been tripping, but catching myself before I fall (thank goodness! 😬) I've also been clumsy and dropping alot of things. AND I have also walked away from two different relationships that were draining me. I'm DONE being "the fixer/therapist in my relationships. Yes! it seems like im on the right path! Im just done being available to others on a moments notice. I grew up with the idea that love is serving others. I've taken care of everyone around me, at the expense of my own self/mental health, etc. I will no longer abandon ME to help YOU. I will now extend to myself as much as I gave away to others. Im feeling the shift, and loving every minute of it!

Oh my goodness I have been in isolation recently and I just don’t feel like I have the capacity to care for anyone else right now. I’m just so exhausted. I’ve been the caregiver and the responsible person for far too long. My system is an extreme overload.

the timing in my life for this is wild. I moved into my van 1.5 weeks ago but I've been sticking in my hometown while my dog and I adjust. Yesterday I decided it was time to leave and I haven't left Ohio in over 15 years. Today I begin an entirely new chapter of my life different from every single thing I've ever known, it's just wild timing, I'm 51
