wired or wireless remote? when my wireless loses signal, I hit the shut down button then spam a left or right on the chute and cancels out the shut off and regains connection

I’ve had similar problems. The toro rep told me I had to idle it all the way down for it to rotate. B.S!

yeah that wireless rec box is not the best.....ours requires a shut down, a mid to almost extreme seismic adjustment and then it usually powers back up and gets some act right.

the receiver has that issue..had the exact same problem years ago..took about four days for the chute to stop turning
