@emilykight: Things I think it’s okay to admit about your fitness journey in motherhood: 1. It’s okay to want to look good and feel good in your body. Caring about your appearance doesn’t mean you love your kids any less. 2. It’s okay to enjoy the time you spend working on yourself. Your workout isn’t something you should feel guilty for—it’s time that helps you show up as a better version of yourself. 3. It’s okay to be an incredible mom and still have goals that are just for you. Motherhood can be your biggest priority without being your only identity.
