Menstrual discs are my life changer. It doesn't feel like I'm wearing anything, and all my blood that'd have taken 4-5 pads to contain can fit into one disc. If you think you have a heavy flow, a disc will make you realize it's not your flow, it's how the period product is designed.

in my opinion,I recommend the menses cup, bcs it's a life changer for me where I have been using it for 6 years now .no infection or UTI problem so far .it's so comforting to do Ur daily routine

as someone who hates the feeling of wearing a pad, try a menstrual disc instead of a cup! it's much easier to use than a cup imo

What if we walk too much or stand, it won't stick on our pants/jeans? while sleeping our period won't leak? Stick on the mattress.. wearing a pad all this while makes us comfortable already 🫤 just curious with this underwear how it gonna work🙂↕️

with th this humid weather, I'll skip the period underwear and opt for cooling sanitary pads since it helps with mood regulation. if I have heavy flow I would just change whenever needed instead of waiting to get home and change.... 2nd) pads these days are biodegradable. guilt free to use them as it should.
