I don’t do it after because I do not want mint flavored mixed with my coffee flavor. I also don’t do anything else before I get my coffee. Literally nothing. 🤣 But I also brushed my teeth multiple times a day floss, mouthwash.

I do that, and the before coffee people assume I wait until 3pm when I finish my coffee. When I am done, I want it off my teeth, thats all, it stains and is high acid.

NeitherI don't brush my teeth if I've had coffee anytime near it.Because that is how you mean stains on your teeth.At least that's what i've been told my whole life
