@tamilfoodstories: Chili Garlic Egg Gravy โIngredients โโFor paste: ๐ 15 garlic cloves ๐ 1 tbsp jeera ๐ 2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder โFor gravy: ๐ 3 tbsp oil ๐ 1 tsp jeera ๐ Few curry leaves ๐ 2 medium size onion ๐ 1/2 tsp turmeric powder ๐ 1/2 tsp garam masala ๐ 1/2 tsp coriander powder ๐ 1 tsp chilli powder ๐ 1 tsp salt ๐ Ground garlic paste ๐ 4 boiled eggs โMethod: โ๐ฟ Boil 4 eggs in a pot of water, peel themband make small, shallow cuts around the surface of each egg. ๐ฟ In a grinding jar, combine 1 tbsp jeera, 15 garlic cloves and 2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder, then blend into a smooth paste. ๐ฟ Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan, then add 1 tsp jeera and a few curry leaves. ๐ฟ Add 2 chopped medium-sized onions and sautรฉ until soft and translucent. ๐ฟ Stir in 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. ๐ฟ Add 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masalanand 1 tsp chilli powder, then mix everything thoroughly. ๐ฟ Add the prepared ground garlic paste into the pan and sautรฉ well until the raw aroma disappears. ๐ฟ Pour a small amount of water into the pan (you can use water to rinse out the remaining paste from the mixer jar) to form a thick gravy base. ๐ฟ Gently drop the boiled eggs into the gravy and stir carefully to coat them in the sauce. ๐ฟ Cover the pan with a lid and let it simmer for a few minutes until the gravy thickens and the oil starts to separate. โThis Chili Garlic Egg Gravy is the perfect answer!
