@tamilfoodstories: Chili Garlic Egg Gravy โ€‹Ingredients โ€‹โ€‹For paste: ๐Ÿ’Œ 15 garlic cloves ๐Ÿ’Œ 1 tbsp jeera ๐Ÿ’Œ 2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder โ€‹For gravy: ๐Ÿ’Œ 3 tbsp oil ๐Ÿ’Œ 1 tsp jeera ๐Ÿ’Œ Few curry leaves ๐Ÿ’Œ 2 medium size onion ๐Ÿ’Œ 1/2 tsp turmeric powder ๐Ÿ’Œ 1/2 tsp garam masala ๐Ÿ’Œ 1/2 tsp coriander powder ๐Ÿ’Œ 1 tsp chilli powder ๐Ÿ’Œ 1 tsp salt ๐Ÿ’Œ Ground garlic paste ๐Ÿ’Œ 4 boiled eggs โ€‹Method: โ€‹๐ŸŒฟ Boil 4 eggs in a pot of water, peel themband make small, shallow cuts around the surface of each egg. ๐ŸŒฟ In a grinding jar, combine 1 tbsp jeera, 15 garlic cloves and 2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder, then blend into a smooth paste. ๐ŸŒฟ Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan, then add 1 tsp jeera and a few curry leaves. ๐ŸŒฟ Add 2 chopped medium-sized onions and sautรฉ until soft and translucent. ๐ŸŒฟ Stir in 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. ๐ŸŒฟ Add 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masalanand 1 tsp chilli powder, then mix everything thoroughly. ๐ŸŒฟ Add the prepared ground garlic paste into the pan and sautรฉ well until the raw aroma disappears. ๐ŸŒฟ Pour a small amount of water into the pan (you can use water to rinse out the remaining paste from the mixer jar) to form a thick gravy base. ๐ŸŒฟ Gently drop the boiled eggs into the gravy and stir carefully to coat them in the sauce. ๐ŸŒฟ Cover the pan with a lid and let it simmer for a few minutes until the gravy thickens and the oil starts to separate. โ€‹This Chili Garlic Egg Gravy is the perfect answer!
