Aimee you can’t blame yourself unfortunately these things happen and it shouldn’t especially to such a young pet. You have given Remy the most amazing life and everyone could see how much you spoiled your babies and rightly so, I’m the same with mine. You need to be gentle with yourself. The one thing we all do is question could I have done more, was it my fault, and the answer is you will never know, you did your best, you treated him like a king, he lived his best life and for that he will always remember the life he had, so please dont question or blame yourself because you will only spin a narrative in your own head, my thoughts go to both you and Harper time heals but it never will replace the memories you have, stay strong and im thinking if you both xx
