the 4 things on the shot that made me lose inches easier than i deserved 🧡 i swear nobody talks about the weird in-between part of being on a GLP-1. everyone posts the dramatic before and afters, the tiny meals, the scale drops, the “just eat protein” advice… but nobody really tells you what actually makes the first few weeks feel doable. because for me, it was not being perfect. i didn’t suddenly become a wellness girl. i didn’t start making aesthetic meal prep containers. i didn’t track every bite. i didn’t weigh myself every morning. i didn’t magically know what to eat when my appetite disappeared and then randomly came back out of nowhere. i just made a few small rules that made everything easier. i ate in the morning even when i thought i “should” wait. i stopped letting the scale mess with my head. i repeated the same boring dinners because boring meant i actually followed through. and i let PostDose tell me what to eat based on where i was in the week after my shot. that last one honestly changed everything. because day 1 does not feel like day 5. and pretending your meals should be the same all week is where so many people get stuck. documenting this because if you’re on the shot and feel like you’re overthinking every meal, you’re not broken. you probably just need fewer decisions. link in bio 🧡
