Video shows the moment a car lost control on the A13 in Newham in a crash that killed two teenagers. One car burst into flames after the multi-vehicle crash on the eastbound carriageway on 25 June at 8.15pm. Two men, aged 18 and 19, were pronounced dead at the scene. Video circulating on social media shows the moment a car appears to try and swerve around a car Infront, nudges it, then spins out of control, and into a safety barrier. Three other people were taken to hospital after the crash, including a 16-year-old who had life-threatening injuries. Three men, aged 18, 19 and 23, have been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and failing to stop. They remain in custody and enquiries are ongoing within the Met’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit.
