@oceanlovinlisa: With so much happening during the rebuild of this 1931 Ford race car in my 85-year-old dad’s garage, it’s almost impossible to make a short video! Every step has a story, a lesson, or a trick that’s worth sharing, and I just can’t bring myself to leave those details out. If you enjoy watching craftsmanship, problem-solving, and a little old-school ingenuity, follow along with us on this incredible journey. We hope you’ll enjoy the ride as much as we do! #Fyp #metalfabrication #1931ford #custom #automotive

If your dad lived close to me I’d be over there all the time. He takes what looks like might be a problem and finds a way to fix it. I really enjoy the videos and was wondering how your truck is going.

Jeff :

He made a S lock, that’s part of what we used to connect ductwork for heating and cooling.

The "Z" strip is a very creative bit of joinery. That is some old school HVAC tin knockin craftsmanship. Pops is a Cool Dude!! 🥰🥰🥰😁😁😁🥰🥰🥰 Cheers!!

God bless your dad, an old gearhead. I'm a "young" 69 lol and haven't been in the classics car culture since my fifties. But thanks to him, I may try it one more time 😉
