Halle Berry is pushing back against serious allegations from her ex-husband, Olivier Martinez, and a photograph taken by their 13-year-old son has become a key point in their ongoing custody dispute. The 60-year-old actress denied Martinez’s claims that she physically harmed their son during an incident on September 26. Earlier this month, Martinez obtained a temporary restraining order against Berry while the case continues. Martinez claimed in court documents that their son took a photo of Berry shortly after the alleged incident because he feared nobody would believe him. But Berry says the image tells a very different story. In a court declaration filed Tuesday, she argued that the photograph shows her standing calmly with her hands in her pockets, several feet away from Maceo. She said the image shows no visible redness, bruising, or marks that would support the allegations against her. Berry also challenged claims about her boyfriend, Van Hunt, explaining that he had only said he noticed no visible redness or bruising. She argued that asking Maceo to testify could place the teenager in the middle of a bitter dispute between his parents and harm his emotional well-being. Martinez’s lawyer, meanwhile, maintains that their son should have the opportunity to tell the court his side of the story. The former couple married in 2013 and separated in 2016. Their custody battle remains ongoing, with another hearing scheduled for October 16. For now, the competing accounts remain disputed, and the photograph alone has not settled the claims. When children become caught between their parents, protecting their emotional well-being must remain a priority. Do you think children should testify in highly contested custody cases? \#HalleBerry #CelebrityNews #CustodyBattle #HollywoodNews #EntertainmentNews
