The program deets ⬇️ I’m sharing the entire program, set for set, rep for rep in my new challenge! Sign ups are in my bio 🤍 Just to give you a little bit more information about the programming, it’s a five day workout split, too heavy, lower bodies,  two uppers, and a full body 45 minute Pilates routine.  And Every single workout has core and cardio recommendations!!! Genuinely the programming doesn’t have more than 4 to 5 exercise exercises (minus the Pilates workout) cardio doesn’t exceed more than 20 to 30 minutes. You will genuinely be in the gym for about an hour to an hour and a half max. The programming is great and I’m really proud of it, and I know you’re gonna love it, but I also wanna challenge you to not only be consistent with this programming, but also be consistent with the other components of this journey.  10k steps a day  3 balanced, protein forward meals.  And take lots of pictures!!! progress purposes there are already so many of you guys who have joined and I’m super grateful for that! I’m gonna be doing the program along alongside with you guys. I have tested and practiced every single movement and I can assure you it’s gonna be the best type of challenging.
