It means deciding for yourself: Who am I? What do I value? How do I want to live? Your intelligence is not masculine. Your ambition is not masculine. Your gifts are not masculine. And your life does not need to fit somebody else’s script of womanhood in order to be valid. There isn’t one way to be a woman. There never was.
