That’s double where they were the 90 days before. 383,181 transactions, about 100,000 transactions up. A Messi selling for $150,000 and Yamal and Ronaldo NFT sales of $70,000 + If you blinked you’d have missed it. Physical card collectors spent nearly $4 billion on cards alone since March with Card Ladder reporting a 4th consecutive record month of $675 million in secondary sales. GMV is up 21% While the media pumps fear into your veins and everyone doom-scrolls panic porn people are rotating into alternative assets. Mostly all NFT projects in the top 300 by market cap are up in % terms in the last 120 days. That is a clear rotation into these assets. In uncertain times, people cling to things that feel meaningful. Collecting scratches that itch. It gives us a sense of belonging and escapism. NFTs capture this in one asset because online communities organise and coordinate around the asset. Collectibles IMHO are much more fun in digital form and without friction. Finding the right assets you like and have the highest upshot potential is the skill.
