all of this makes me so sad for people with chronic illnesses or disabilities. who think their dreams aren’t attainable. She’s doing everything she needs to all while trying to keep her health first. A compromised immune system should not make people view you as lazy or unmotivated. smh.

14 hours is generally insane like they are not robots, not even KIDS will have that energy. I’m on Manon’s side for sure

The thing is if Manon is continously being sick and missing practice and other obligations at regular various times, why is she or anyone actually against her going on hiatus to rest to begin with??? So Manon is healthy when its time to show up infront of the camera, but when its to show up at practice shes sick mostly??? This is the entertainment industry and although Katseye isnt kpop directly, they are made from, are marketed and promoted like a kpop group( the literal kpop module and that includes the lengthy working hours)...So no, they wont be dropping those hours for just Manon, when everyone else is keeping up and when Manon herself expects to receive the same pay as everyone else at the end of the day... And in any workplace setting, if another party is consistently being sick or unavailable when they need to be present, its going to eventually cause various issues...Either the project will be delayed, double effort to alter changes to go on without that person or worst, its going to cause friction with the other workers who are mostly present, and puts in the consistant effort than that one person and this doesn't matter if Manon catches up or not, the issue is that the trust, piorities with her and the other members will be lost... If this is truly how things are, then its either Manon is going to keep up, or she should leave the group, because if things continue like this, its going to cause more future problems. Not because one person is affected by the schedule means it needs to change for that one person...The other girls are use to this line of work hence why they may think Manon is lazy, as this is just another day for them from years of training and performing...Manon also if she chose to do this, she needs to keep up or its best she leaves and if this is again truly how it is, what does any of this has to do with racism?? Hybe also is right, the girls need to figure out and take care of their own issues and yes majority vote rules, if Missy and the other girls voted for Manon to go on hiatus, what else can Hybe do?? All they can do is keep the door open for when everyone involved including Manon herself and the girls wants her to return.

14 hr rehearsals only make sense if they did new choreo/arrangements. It doesn’t make sense when they do the same choreo they’ve done for over a year. & Manon’s keeping up. So what’s the point? Missy is ruining their brand rep & running them into the ground & the girls aren’t smart enough to see it
