Serious question when pregnant with twins and counting kicks do you have to count twice as many an hr if that makes sense or like what if one is kicking more than the other can you tell ?

My baby is tiny tiny I’m only 22 weeks and she’s measuring behind but when her daddy kisses my belly or I use the at home Doppler I get that slap. She’s just not strong enough to make my belly move yet.
