first time i went through one i was 11 and was struggling because it was 2am and i didn’t know how it worked and the security woman just shouted at me. i don’t know how 8 year olds are gonna cope

Not ideal! When we last went away mine didn’t work and me and my 12 year old were left on opposites sides, I had to go bs onto the queue luckily she just edited for me but what if she had to go back in the queue alone!

cool trick, not the best for when busy but if the gate doesn't work and says find assistance, don't do that, just go to another gate and try again

its so dumb. as its trickier for kids to use and they are unsure what to do and the helpers are useless as they wont let you help they will just shout instructions at your kid that has no clue what to do
