This full moon is a time for love, abundance, gratitude & releasing what no longer serves you, creating space for the new beginnings the next lunar cycle will bring. ✨ One of my favorite practices on a full moon is making moon water & setting intentions. If you don't have any full moon rituals or practices, that's okay. Simply step outside for a few moments, look up at the moon, take a few deep breaths & reflect on what you're ready to release.
