My manager has had a turn around after a store wide survey we filled out a few weeks ago, tbf I did leave a novel about what they could do better and especially my manager but the entire store did the same and she’s actually turned around and is a new person, she’s even accepted my day off request for Mondays England game 😂

i did my best to run my factory shift like this. we ended up having the best performance numbers, and they gave me a card, flowers and a collection when i left. i was very lucky to have them
