@laraphonisk: Replying to @Rachel I'm so sorry you've been told that! I provide my services fully online, and if there's any specific diagnostics or referrals to be made, I do that local to where my clients live
That's all I've had. NHS and private. learn to live with it. MRI is fine. you have slight hearing loss so you need hearing aids tinnitus comes with it your brain will get used to it. my hearing loss was from birth my tinnitus triggered at 51. it's so disheartening when that's all you get from professionals.

I have pulsatile tinnitus in one ear. Got referred to audiology for hearing tests (they came back fine) then got a referral to tinnitus clinic (the lady was fab and really listened) she then referred me back to the gp who then referred to ent, they did more thorough hearing tests and organised a head & neck CT scan, everything came back normal thankfully! ENT said unfortunately it’s just something I’ve got to life with!

Same happened to me. I am just too exhausted to push any more, I already have so many other medical issues that have made me housebound and disabled. I don’t have the energy or money to deal with this too.

Do you help people with reactive tinitus? I.e it’s not that loud when it’s silent but it spikes to the sound of things like fans and taps

I never even got an MRI… had it diagnosed since 21, but ENT said I had it probably because I went to clubs a lot (I didn’t). Never went away and I’m 36 now…

ENT gave me a CAT scan and said I had tinnitus. Told me to go home and deal with it and then I went to a walk-in clinic. Come to find out. I have a double ear infection.
