This was the best cobbler recipe I’ve ever tried.🥧 Ingredients: • 1 ½ cups (195 g) all-purpose flour • 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar • 2 tsp baking powder • ¾ cup (12 tbsp / 170 g) salted butter, melted • 8 cups (40 oz) fresh or frozen blackberries • ½ cup (100 g) brown sugar • 1 ½ tbsp cornstarch • 1 tsp vanilla • ½ tsp cinnamon • Vanilla ice cream, for serving Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and melted butter. Don’t over mix, it should be crumbly. 3. In a large bowl, toss the blackberries, brown sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined. 4. Grease a shallow baking dish, pour the blackberries in, and sprinkle the crumble mixture on top. 5. Bake for 45–50 minutes (or 25–30 if using a smaller/shallower dish) until bubbling and golden brown. 6.
