I know you love Khai's Fusion and this may not change your opinion on it but I figured it was worth mentioning: Khai's Fusion don't give you what they say they don't their sushi rolls. They make a generic template roll for their more expensive specialty rolls (shrimp tempura, avocado, cucumber, imitation crab) and then just top it with different ingredients, but not even the ones listed on the menu. I politely asked the owner's son who was working at the time and he lied to me, gaslit me. Even in your video of Khai's Fusion where you show off the Red Diamond Roll, it doesn't have the 4 different fish it claims it does in the written menu. They're selling cheap rolls as premium and not giving out what they promise. Now, that doesn't mean they don't taste good. I still thought they tasted fine. It just wasn't what I paid for and it was the second time that had happened. The first I didn't say anything.

I love sushi but I avoid eel, it’s such a strange flavor. Not bad, just strange. Eel sauce is ok tho.

We tried Khais Fusion because of y’all. Really liked it! Gave it 5 star reviews, as food and service were awesome. Still think Asakusas is on top but loving this series!
