Get poor RX they have different sizes for how many gallons your pool can hold. My pool has not turned green all summer because of the copper in it.!! so I can go a week without doing anything to it and it will not turn green

3-4 bags of shock and some clarifier the day after shocking should do it! Mine turned green and I did the shock and clarifier and she’s crystal clear now lol

The fact that it's green all the way through means the algae has had some time to set in — don't skip the brushing step even when it looks hopeless! Brush the walls and floor before running the filter so you're not just pushing algae back into the water. Good luck with part 2, cheering for you! 🤞

You should always mix dry chemicals with water to dissolve it so it doesn’t fade your liner.
