The Switch 2 is 256 GB and GTA 6 is supposed to be over 300 GB. The Switch 1 could have easily ran GTA V but, a Switch 1 version never came out. I don't think it'll happen.

Switch 2 release would mean an actual physical version of the game. Even as a key card it would allow people to resell or borrow copies, which would be running counter to Rockstar’s questionable release plan.

I mean realistically I dont think GTA 6 is going to be all that more graphically intensive than GTA5, its all about size of map and number of "things" being loaded at a time., so if the right optimization team is on it, yea im sure a Switch 2 version is possible.

I would love to get gta 5 on switch 2. I’m not sure if the switch 2 will be able to handle GTA 6, like yeah maybe but like I think maybe GTA 6 will be too big and too demanding for the switch 2 to be able to handling properly. So if we don’t get GTA 6 on switch 2 then I would love to get GTA 5 on switch 2 instead. I have GTA 5 on my ps4 but I would love to play a game like GTA 5 wherever I want

I can honestly see gta 6 being fully on the cart if they can't down size it to fit the 64gb cart they might pay extra to be the frist with a 128gb cart just for the good publicity

I don’t plan on getting it if it comes out for the Switch 2, but I hope it does so it will shut up the people who say the Switch 2 is underpowered and can’t run current gen games.
