I got this in 2020. I’ve become accustomed to triggers and know warning signs. But sometimes the new weird things happen and it triggers vvs. Always learning. 🥰

I have this, but it only shows up when someone I love is hurting or is in a crisis. I've never passed out completely from it because I got it under control before i passed out. It's a scary feeling, especially when I'm the person in charge of someone having a crisis.

I told a nurse at a hospital that I had this before she drew my blood and asked to just lay down, it won’t happen. She laughed and said no. I passed out. 👏👏👍
