I tell everyone running a business you got to be bossman from the corner shop. he opens the shop at 6am and leaves at 11pm but hes a business owner. most people go into business to enjoy freedom before creating it, you have to work harder than a nine to fiver for the first amount of years, the freedom only comes as a result of your hard work. too many people see quick internet money and think its easy

Self employment is amazing but if it works for you 100%. There is up and downs to both I prefer it but it’s not all sunshine and rainbows have to think about how my gonna make that next £ every single day

So many people glamorise working for yourself but like you said, you need even more self-discipline - with the time you're putting in to strategise/build, with your own boundaries, with everything 😅 I've worked for myself & in corporate over the years - they both have challenges, just different challenges. That's where what you value most comes in to help decide which path to follow 👏

As someone that done both self employed and employed it’s not for everyone when you have your own business no one telling you to do anything it’s all down to you

Ah spot on brother.. have an idea about this that some of us have been “corprate slaves” for too long. We can’t break that structure but also need it.

It’s about mentality loads drop out and think they can suddenly make it large without creative ideas or discipline to flourish so then they end up at Maccies because their mind wanted freedom but not freedom from being in a system ygm
