I crashed out 4 months into work after my first, i’m pregnant with my second and work halftime right now and it’s still very hard. They expect you to be “normal” again but there is no normal like before. You go to work because of money, but you being there makes you miss your child and it is so hard. You have to juggle EVERYTHING.

I really did just quit working 😭 I was 15 weeks pregnant with our first and no I texted my husband I’m done working and he said okay now give birth to our 2nd son tomorrow lol

Everyone said they missed me and were so happy I was back…. It felt nice to be missed but I absolutely hated it and quit two months after coming back. They were shook 😂

My first day back is this Thursday. Because of July 4th my company is closed on Friday. I decided to step down from my salaried manager position to an hourly remote position so I could be fully remote and go to part time. I don’t even go on my phone while she’s awake- I can’t imagine that I have to give my attention to something so completely meaningless. I would give anything to be able to quit to focus on her.

my youngest is 1.5 and I am still sad to leave her 5 days a week. my oldest is 13. this isn't the motherhood i imagined but I am so greatful for my babies and to be able to provide for them.
