it's a privately owned company. I know a couple two tree guys there and they love it. they write their own checks. their schedule is a little less than desirable but a JOB is JOB.

I love working at Estes it’s the best job I’ve ever had. I worked at xpo for 3 years and I was never more miserable at a job in my life But management is everything no matter what LTL you work at

Just got back from the driver training program last week in San Antonio, TX. Great experience. roughly 2 weeks. they told us we were the biggest class they ever had and we got more drive time since they didn't have to teach us how to drive stick shift. they are transitioning to automatic tractors because they said they save on fuel economy. great company to work for. excellent trainers.
