bro first time ko sa VXI tas wala typing test pa lang bagsak na (sira yung key board nang yan) nakakahiya superr BWHAHAHA then after VXI sa Ibex naman which I also failed since grabe Hiya ko that time that I couldn't speak properly during interview then after Ibex sa TP naman umabot ako ng final interview but still failed yet I was happy since I was able to speak more😭 and I'll do better next time I swaer to myself🥰🤩

I also tried Concentrix kahapon, bago naman me pumasok sabi ko i-try ko lang para malaman ko paano ang process. WHAHAHHAHA Gano’n pala ‘yon no? 2-4 hours daw ang estimated time and ang daming assessment. Nanakit na lang ulo ko. Then I decided na aalis na ako after sa assessment. Ayon, nagpanggap akong may kausap sa phone then sibat. Sobrang natatawa ako sa mga pinaggagawa ko kahapon. WHAHAHAAHAHAHA

I really hate their process sobrang daming assessment. Gets ko yung binibigyan nila ng chances yung iba pa nilang open na account pero grabe nakaka bombard mag take nang mag take ng assessment nila.

Hi, Former BPO employee here. Try lang and try, preparation and luck also plays a big part in your career. I used to work in Andoks as a service crew, then as a Bagger in SM, Then finally as a BPO then I found out about Spanish Billingual career. I pursued it and it was well worth it, I started earning 70K+ per month, but I decided I wanted to get the 6 digits salary goal. I decided to pursue VA I applied to an Agency hot hired and worked there for 6 months just to gain experience. Now with Gods help I was able to reach my 6 digits salary goal, I’m now a Spanish Billingual VA in Medical Niche working with a direct client. So don’t give up rejection is just a stepping stone and you got rejected it’s because its not for you.

Also tried to apply to concentrix last May, First BPO company and first time to apply and I got hired. Take note hs grad lang me! Iba talaga pag may baon na knowledge please try to search all possible questions and may practice ng versant test sa YT super helpful, most importantly prayyyy! God knows your heart's desire. If hindi sa company na to baka mas may okay na company for youuu, dont lose hope! Mag 2 months na here sa company🥹

i also applied sa concentrix HAHAHAH i have to retake the typing test 2x because i was so nervous and then final interview, i failed because I can't get rid my "po" and "opo" i always say sorry after i say it HAHAHHA it was a great experience. showing up matters. job dust sa ating lahat✨✨✨

even tho i have 3yrs exp in bpo. failure to assesstment is something i overthink too much. i applied in probecx i failed the assesstment idk why i didnt use google that time because it is allowed to use it there. or maybe its not the company for me yet? 😂 but got in at sutherland taguig. guys try it there

HAHAHAHAA galing ako sa concentix makati kahapon 10am ako dumating mag nung may result na sa assessment need ko daw mag retake ng typing test pero pasado ako sa final interview, 8pm na hindi pa din ako nakakapagretake ulit ulit lang sabi na “retake ka na lang naman e jan ka muna pero pasado ka naman na sa final interview JO ka na lang” hanggang sa hindi na kinaya ng pw3t ko umalis na ko sabi ko bibili lang ako sa 7/11 HAHAAHHAAHA

Baka meron po gusto mag apply dito sa company namin. Based po sa ortigas hybrid setup din po kami. Equipment provided. One of the top recruitment firm in the world po. Ok lang po kahit walang recruitment background kasi ako galing BPO naman. Pm lang po kayo if interested. Hybrid lang po work namin. Walang WFH po na pure and no part time offer po.

nagtry din ako sa concentrix! fresh grad kaya no work exp pa. even tho I failed sa final interview nila, I was still very happy and contented dahil I passed everything else sa isang take lang. at least we tried diba?

hi, same experience here. i passed all the assessments but i failed sa versant since financial account yung binigay sakin and 50 wpm needed i cover, they gave me 4 chances to try and still di pa din nakeri sa kamay ko. so, hr anne suggested na reprofile ako and binigay niya ako sa cable account. i was given a chance to work sa concentrix, training ko na sa july 15 and i don't even know if keri ko ipag-sabay ang studies and work kasi pasukan na sa aug ☹️☹️
