My surgery, you cannot get past the pharmacist to discuss diabetes, cholesterol, BP etc. Not sure how you can get to speak to a NHS GP these days, it’s either receptionist, HCA, nurse practitioner (she’s diagnosed a brain tumour in 25, few weeks ago a stroke via econsult 😂) and now the practice is not owned by GP partners the old way, it’s privately run by a GP and his friends who apparently is making good money out of the NHS, don’t pay full taxes government gives them special treatment and they don’t have to reveal their profits. Nobody above the ICB can do anything about complaints. The partners sold the practice announced their retirement and suddenly reappear. Most of the patients think the practice is still NHS run, as everything in the Practice is provided by the NHS down to the uniforms, some irregularities there. Good to hear all your news and and hopefully your practice won’t go the way mine has.
