I had a dream and it was where I was stuck in this massive white room. Walls kept going closer and closer to me trapping me inside and it’s happened a lot of times and it’s just happened to me.🥺😭😭

My normal reality check is to look in the mirror while I go up the stairs to see if I see my legs. It’s random, but I also watched a video where it says you shouldn’t look in mirrors because you can see something twisted or scary. Am I doing it right?
